ORDERING PROCEDURES
Please read before proceeding to the Order Form.
There is NO OBLIGATION when you place your order.
NO PAYMENT will be required until after you have approved our paper proofs. After that, when you are completely satisfied, we
will ask for your credit card information.
When we receive your order we'll email a response within 24 hours. We will then email a pricing confirmation and a custom designed layout for your approval. You are free to make changes. If you email a change we will email a revised proof and / or pricing. You may make as many changes as required to meet your satisfaction.
We welcome your logo or design. On the order form, click the email link and send art as an attachment. You may email directly to napkinsandcups@aol.com
Art must be one color black on a white background, no colored art or gray or half tones. The DPI [Dots Per Inch] must be at least 300. We accept jpg, pdf, and eps formats. Any typesetting should be converted to outlines. If you cannot provide the art as requested, send what you have, and we will attempt to convert it at no charge. Sorry, we cannot print photographs.
No extra charge to use your logo or design. No setup charge.
Price includes one color ink and your choice of design and typesetting. Describe your occasion on the order form and we
will create a design for you at no extra charge. There are no extra charges except shipping and tax (if applicable).
We normally ship 5 to 7 business days after approval of paper proof and credit card. Rush service is available, when possible, at no extra charge. Shipping charges may be higher to meet your event date.
Our print shop is located in Houston, Texas. If more convenient, you may make arrangements to pick up your order.
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. Sorry, no COD orders.
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a reprint or a full refund. Cups and Napkins.Com has provided custom printed cups and napkins since 1980. It is our desire that your experience in ordering with us will be both fun and easy!
